I read on a forum that there was a "legal" digital copy of "Legal Principles of Boundary Location for Arkansas" by Richard L. Elgin and David R. Knowles. I know that the book is not in publication any longer, but I was hoping someone out there, would be able to point me in the direction of obtaining a copy of the book. I e-mailed the Arkansas Commissioner of State Lands, but I never got a response.
